Deanne Long, MD, FACEP

Medical Director/Owner

Deanne Long, MD, has been practicing emergency medicine for 18 years. She worked for the University of Utah School of Medicine level 1 Trauma Center for 15 of those years. She is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and Hyperbaric Medicine. She has worked in Hyperbaric medicine at Salt Lake Regional Hospital’s Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine Clinic and Cache Valley Hospital’s Hyperbaric Medicine and Wound Care Clinic. She is very interested in International Medicine and has traveled to Peru and China to participate in a cooperative teaching efforts with local health care providers. Like any doctor, she enjoys golf and she also roots for her Alma Mater, Brigham Young University at every opportunity.

Nichole Kramer

Medical Aesthetician/Clinical Manager

Nichole joins Utah Body and Soul with over 20 years experience.
She worked at Studio L in Holladay for 15 years and in 2004 started the first Aesthetic clinic at the University of Utah in the Division of Plastic Surgery. During her time at the University she worked closely with the physicians and gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the medical side of Aesthetics. Nichole has started a consulting business helping Physicians and Spa owners open the Aesthetic side of their Wellness Clinics.  She enjoys helping people in the community using her skills, and is especially passionate about working with Breast Cancer Patients. While at the University she treated many women using reconstructive pigmentation following their breast reconstruction.  She has enjoyed working with Dr Long to set up Utah Body and Soul and is excited to be a part of the growth and success of the clinic.

Sherri Williams

Certified Wellness Coach/Licensed Massage Therapist

Sherri has been in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years and has studied nutrition, supplements, herbs, homeopathy, and Bach Flower Remedies. She specializes in many forms of stress relief, detoxification, and ionic foot bathing. She recommends a more gentle approach to detoxification and focuses on the individual to bring more balance to their nutritional needs. Sherri has been practicing massage for 18 years and has worked with many types of medical professionals, home health organizations and spas.

Sherri prefers creating an individual assessment of the body and mind of the individual to construct a personalized session and/or health plan. She is certified in lymphatic drainage, and practices different
forms of energy work to assist the client in their journey to heal.

She loves working with all species and will do home visits for any type of animal. In her spare time she tries to spend time in nature. She loves to hike and explore our mountains all year.

Stephanie Burr

Registered Nurse

Stephanie joins our team with over 14 years of experience in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine.  She has been a registered nurse for over 17 years, working in the bone marrow transplant unit, oncology, orthopedic pediatrics, ophthalmologic surgery as well as plastic surgery and aesthetic treatments. 

Stephanie is certified in advanced injection procedures.  She is passionate about the art of facial rejuvenation and loves creating a natural balance.  She believes that we can all look and feel the best we can no matter our age.

In her free time Stephanie loves to travel and hopes to visit as many places as possible.  She loves spending time with her family, especially her four-legged kids.  She is very excited to join the Utah Body & Soul team and share their vision of wholeness and health for every patient. 

Devan Hadlock

Licensed Massage Therapist

Devan was born and raised in Rural Utah so you can imagine the illustrious life he’s lived. He graduated from UCMT in 2009. Devan then went on to complete two separate certification programs specializing in Structural Integration and Alignment Therapy. A few years later Devan decided to make good on a lifelong passion for skin care and beauty and became a licensed Esthetician. On his own journey of healing and learning he has developed a highly complex and helpful communicative style and has been called upon over the years from people of all walks of life to assist them in times of crisis or stagnation. His varied passions and interests have led him down a windy road and he was happy to have found himself here at Utah Body and Soul. Outside of work, you will probably find him fiddling with some new supplemental research on cutting edge neuro-psychology, health, beauty and other wisdom teachings. Devan always keeps tabs on the latest and greatest supplements, skin care and aesthetic procedures. He is excited to help others on their path of healing and transformation!

Linda Pettingill

Certified Hypnotherapist (IBH)

Linda is an International Board of Hypnotherapy (IBH) certified Hypnotherapist and a graduate of Hypnotherapy Academy of America.  Her professional training and education ranks among the top 5% of hypnotherapists in the U.S.

Linda is passionate about helping others live a full, happy, and more peaceful life.  By using hypnotherapy she guides clients to become empowered to heal themselves spiritually, emotionally and physically from those things that hold them back from reaching their true potential.

Her approach is focused on her clients. Each person is different with unique needs and desires. Every tool Linda uses is completely based on customized sessions for each person she works with, guiding them to reach their true potential.

From small shifts, to giant leaps, the greatest source of satisfaction for Linda is seeing her clients surprised at their ability to heal themselves and make positive changes.  They work together with her to create and make permanent the wonderful changes in your life.

Growing up in Washington State, Linda developed a deep love for the outdoors. She loves hiking, camping, mountain biking, four-wheeling, and running. Most recently she has found a new passion for playing pickleball.

Annie Farasopoulos

Hyperbaric Chamber Technician, TRS, IDCS, EMT

When Annie left the US Army Reserve, she sought new ways to bring peace and wellness into her life. Scuba diving, meditation, yoga, and sound and energy healing (with the occasional episode of Star Trek) are key activities for her. She is excited to use her focus on safety, as well as her technical expertise in diving and emergency medicine, to bring nothing but positive energy and a sense of comfort and well-being to your hyperbaric treatments at Utah Body and Soul. 

Annie has been involved in various aspects of the emergency medical field for over 15 years; she has worked as a lifeguard, a recreation therapist, a member of the US Army Reserves, and as an EMT. She finished her higher education at Brigham Young University in 2014 with degrees in recreation therapy, creative writing, music, and dance. Annie is an experienced Dive Safety Educator for the Divers Alert Network and is also an Elite Master Scuba Diver Trainer/IDC Staff Instructor for the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) at a local dive shop in Holladay. Annie went through her hyperbaric medicine team training course at International ATMO in San Antonio, Texas. 

Jan Clements

APRN, Integrated Medicine Specialist, MSN, AGNP-C

Jan is a board-certified Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner.  She completed her Master of Science in nursing at the University of South Alabama in 2013.  Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she was a Registered Nurse with over 24 years of experience.  As a nurse practitioner Jan has worked as a post-acute care provider in skilled nursing rehab facilities and also providing home visits.  She has received Functional Medicine training to provide alternative modalities for her patients.

In addition to her professional experience, Jan has pursued functional medicine modalities for her own personal health.  She is no longer dependent on acid reducing medications, she has changed how, what and when she eats, uses important supplementation and successfully lost over 30lbs. in 8 months without exercise. She embraces and follows what she has learned as she is continuing on her path to optimal wellness.

Jan’s practices focus on helping patients achieve optimal wellness through reducing prescribed medications safely to meet life’s changes, introducing natural supplements and implementing lifestyle changes.

Her interests include golf, gardening, travel and photography.
